Please allow a minimum of 3 - 5 business days to process your order - this means getting your order ready to ship and does not include days in transit from our location to yours. Remember most medications and some supplements are not pre-made and may take a day to get ready as they are made fresh for each order to ensure you receive the best quality possible.
All Products will be shipped USPS First Class (under 13oz) or Priority Mail unless an upgrade is requested and additional charges are applied.
We DO NOT process or ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday! We also do not process orders on Holidays (yes, we like to spend time with our families too!) Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on Holidays will be processed in the order they are received the following week.
Please consider the main volume of our orders happen over the weekend and we try to ship within 3 business days. We appreciate your business and your understanding if we cannot ship your order within a day.
Please Note: We are not responsible for delays, damages or errors in shipping. If a package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please file a dispute with Paypal so that you can reorder upon reimbursement. Be sure to follow Paypals guidelines for protection by shipping to a confirmed address, this is for both the buyer's and seller's protection in cases where the shipping carrier is at fault.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES IN WHICH THE TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS HOWEVER ARE BEING CLAIMED AS NEVER HAVING BEEN DELIVERED. Unfortunately there are a LOT of scams going on lately in which orders are being placed just to dispute later for refund as "never being received" despite documentation of the package arriving at the correct location. It is your responsibility to ensure packages are delivered to a secure address location. If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, then you must file a claim with the post office for reimbursement, Paypal will not cover these claims.
1. Antibiotics - we understand the need to receive some medications as quickly as possible and with miminal delay, all antibiotic orders will be processed within 12-24 hours of receiving the order Monday thru Friday. We treat every antibiotic order as a priority and would appreciate if you let us know if you are not in a hurry. If your animals life depends on receiving these medications, you should not be ordering them online in the first place.
Do not include supplies or chow on medication orders if you want them shipped asap.

2. Medications & Supplements - orders for fenbendazole (panacur), toltrazuril (baycox), sulfdimethoxine (albon), Terramycin, Colloidal Silver or any other meds and supplements that are not life or death situations will be processed within a day or two. We know they are important, but you should not be ordering meds online if your animals life depends on it.
3. Supplies - all supply orders will be filled each day in the order they were received after live feeders and medication orders as time allows. If the order contains out of stock items due in within 2 days, the order will be held until it can be shipped complete. If the order contains back ordered items that are not due in within 2-3 days, you will be notified. If you are in need of any particular in stock items on the order, these items can be shipped separately. Please Note: Fluorescent bulbs will never be shipped via UPS Ground.
Large orders for chow will go out later in the week, chow is made on Wednesdays or Thursdays after most of the orders are processed.
4. Bulk Orders - big orders must be submitted with at least 2 weeks advance notice.
We reserve the right to change shipping methods without notice in order to get your products to you in the quickest, least expensive way without sacrificing your order, service or delivery times. If there is a considerable savings, we will refund you the difference.
***WHEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL****
Please keep in mind that we have no control over customs, USPS, or mail delivery on your end. It takes extra time to deliver internationally especially during COVID. At times delivery can be quick, and other times it can take a few weeks. IT IS AT THE DESCRETION OF THE POSTAL CARRIERS DELIVERING THE PRODUCTS. DO NOT order if it is a life and death situation, please take your animal to the vet. Also, yelling at us does not make the shipment appear quicker, you need to call your local postal carrier if it is in transit and delayed, we have no control over how quickly they deliver to you.
AGAIN, and I cannot state this enough, if this is a medical emergency then you need to go to your nearest Emergency Veterinarian. While we are able to provide some services to you, we are not a replacement for quality veterinary care. Online companies are at the mercy of shipping carriers and therefore cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date basis. There are always risks for delays due to backorders, weather and volume.
