Use of this website does not constitute the right to do business with BeardedDragon.co or its affiliates.
BeardedDragon.co and its affiliates reserves the right to refuse any sale, cancel any order, or block any user who abuses this site.
Anyone who places an order on this website agrees that they understand any and all risks involved with treating their own animals without veterinary supervision, and will not hold beardeddragon.co or it's affiliates responsible for any injury, illness or death that could result from self treatment. All claims, advice and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee to be a cure for any disease. By checking the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of this website, you accept complete responsibility for any possible outcome that arises from the use of any product obtained from this website, directly or indirectly. Any methods or procedures used with any products on this site rely solely on the decision of anyone who decides to do so and is entirely their responsibility.
This website is not a substitute for professional veterinary care or treatment, and deciding not to seek proper care for an animal is considered neglect and is done so at the risk of your animals health and well being. Only you, the owner of your animals is able to make conscious decisions about proper treatment & care.

International Shipping - Please take the time to review your country's customs policies for incoming goods before placing your order. We do not collect any customs duties or taxes and our shipping charges do not include any fees that may be incurred when your package arrives. Depending on the value of your order and your country, a customs duty could be charged upon arrival along with any taxes due. If you are placing a large order, it may be more reasonable to break it into two smaller orders. This will incur additional shipping charges, but will expedite delivery times and avoid customs duties.
For example: UK shipments must be under $15 to avoid customs fees and VAT. If the value is below $135 VAT will be collected but customs fees will not be charged.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, as we are a very small operation that was born out of the need to help others.
Backorders
Backorders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item, you will be contacted before shipment in case there is a change.
Items under $5 will not be backordered. If we we are unable to ship your order complete within 5 days, backordered items under $5 will be cancelled from the order and a store credit will be issued.
Payment Terms:
We accept most major credit and debit cards through Paypal.
We do offer volume discounts on some supplies, please inquire for a quote.
All Products will be shipped Standard will go USPS First Class (under 13oz) or Priority Mail unless an upgrade is requested and additional charges are applied.
Some items have to be made to order and may require 5 to 7 days before shipment.
In the case we are out of a product, we may substitute it with a similar product of comparable value.
Please check your email for shipment information or login to your account to check your order status. If you are still unsure of your orders whereabouts, be sure to include your first and last name along with the order number when inquiring. We will not respond to emails without this necessary information.
Returns
Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a store credit LESS any shipping charges. Returned items must be in original, sealed, package and in new, re-sellable condition. If an item has been opened or used, a restocking fee will be charged depending on condition. Electrical items of any kind are NOT returnable, this includes all bulbs or anything that uses a battery. Returns for defective items will not be accepted if they are covered under a manufacturers warranty. All items with a manufacturers warranty should be sent back to the manufacturer for a replacement. Email us if you need manufacturer contact information. Medications cannot be returned.
All medications and products sold on this site are to be used at your own risk. Use of any medication without a vets guidance should only be considered when the risks are researched and fully understood. Before purchasing any medications from this site, you agree that you will not hold beardeddragon.co responsible for any negative outcome in any way. If you choose to treat your own animals, please be sure you understand that not all situations can be helped and there is the possibility your animal cannot be saved.
Beardeddragon.co reserves the right to block any customers who pose a threat to us, their animals or themselves.
